⁶ And saying is the Elohim, "Become shall an atmosphere in the midst of the water, and coming is a separation between water and water.

¹⁴ And saying is the Elohim, "Become shall luminaries in the atmosphere of the heavens, to give light on the earth, to separate between the day and the night. And they come to be for signs and for appointments, and for days and years.

²⁰ And saying is the Elohim, "Roam shall the water with the roaming, living soul, and the flyer shall fly over the earth on the face of the atmosphere of the heavens." And coming is it to be so.

¹¹ in the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month. On this day rent are all the springs of the vast submerged chaos, and the crevices of the heavens are opened, ¹² and coming is the downpour on the earth forty days and forty nights.

⁷ He stretched out the north over the waste, Hanging the earth over the decay. ⁸ He bundled up the waters in thick clouds, And the cloud did not rend apart beneath them.

¹³ By His spirit the heavens were made seemly; His hand travailed with the fugitive serpent.

¹¹ Indeed, He encumbers the thick cloud with soaking moisture; He scatters His lightning cloud,

¹⁸ Could you with Him have made the atmosphere in the skies, Steadfast as a mirror that is solidly set?

²² Have you entered into the treasuries of snow, And have you seen the treasuries of hail, ²³ Which I have kept back for the season of distress, For the day of attack and war? ²⁴ Where is this, the pathway where light is apportioned, Where the east wind is scattered over the earth? ²⁵ Who has divided off a trench for overflowing rains And set a pathway for the perceptible portents of thunderclaps, ²⁶ To bring rain on a land where no man is, A wilderness with no human it it,

¹ {A Davidic Psalm{ The heavens are recounting the glory of El, And the atmosphere is telling the work of His hands."

⁶ By the word of Yahweh, the heavens were made, And by the spirit of His mouth, all their host."

⁹ For He spoke, and it came to be; He enjoined, and it stood firm."

² You are muffled with light as a garment. Stretching out the heavens like a sheet,

⁵ To the One making the heavens with understanding, For His benignity is eonian;" ⁶ To the One situating the earth above the waters, For His benignity is eonian;"

⁴ Praise Him, heavens of the heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens."

¹ Praise Yah. Praise El in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His powerful atmosphere.

³ If the thick clouds are full for a downpour, They shall empty out upon the earth, And if a tree falls to the south, or if to the north, The place where the tree falls, there shall it rest."

¹⁰ And Yahweh [is] an Elohim of truth, He [is] a living Elohim, and a king eonian, From His wrath shake does the earth, And nations endure not His indignation."

¹² The maker of the earth by His power, The establisher of the world by His wisdom, Who, by His understanding, stretched forth the heavens, ¹³ At the voice He gives forth, A multitude of waters [is] in the heavens, And He causes vapours to come up from the end of the earth, Lightnings for rain He has made, And brings out wind from His treasures."

¹⁵ The maker of earth by His power, The establisher of the world by His wisdom, Who by His understanding stretched out the heavens,

¹ The load, the word of Yahweh concerning Israel. Averring is Yahweh, Outstretcher of the heavens, and Founder of the earth, and Former of the spirit of the human within him,
