¹⁴ And I will reverse the captivity of My people Israel, and they shall build the desolated cities and dwell in them. And they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and shall make gardens and eat their fruit."

⁶ O that the grand salvation of Israel would come from Zion, When Elohim will reverse the captivity of His people! Let Jacob exult! Let Israel rejoice! {Permanent, With Accompaniments{ "

⁴ And they will build the places deserted for an eon; the former desolations shall they raise. And they will renew the cities deserted; the desolations of generation after generation shall they raise.

⁸ Sworn has Yahweh with His right hand, and with the arm of His strength, "Should I give your grain further as food for your enemies--! And should sons of foreigners drink your grape juice for which you labor--!" ⁹ For its gatherers shall eat it and praise the name of Yahweh. And those who get it together shall drink it in the courts of My holy place,says your Elohim."

²¹ And they build houses and dwell in them, and they plant vineyards, and eat their fruit."

³ For, lo, days are coming--an affirmation of Yahweh--and I have turned back [to] the captivity of My people Israel and Judah, said Yahweh, and I have caused them to turn back unto the land that I gave to their fathers, and they do possess it.'"

¹⁸ Thus said Yahweh:Lo, I turn back [to] the captivity of the tents of Jacob, And his dwelling places I pity, And the city has been built on its heap, And the palace according to its ordinance remains."

²³ Thus said Yahweh of Hosts, Elohim of Israel, Still they say this word in the land of Judah, And in its cities, In My turning back [to] their captivity, Yahweh does bless you, habitation of righteousness, Mountain of holiness."

²⁸ And it has been, as I watched over them to pluck up, And to break down, and to throw down, And to destroy, and to afflict; So do I watch over them to build, and to plant, An affirmation of Yahweh."

³⁸ Lo, days [are coming], an affirmation of Yahweh, And the city has been built to Yahweh, From the tower of Hananeel to the gate of the corner." ³⁹ And gone out again has the measuring line Over-against it, unto the height of Gareb, And it has compassed to Goah." ⁴⁰ And all the valley of the carcases and of the ashes, And all the fields unto the brook Kidron, Unto the corner of the horse-gate eastward, [Are] holy to Yahweh, it is not plucked up, Nor is it thrown down any more to the eon!"

⁵³ And I have turned back [to] their captivity, The captivity of Sodom and her daughters, And the captivity of Samaria and her daughters, And the captivity of your captives in their midst,

²⁶ And they have dwelt on it confidently, And builded houses, and planted vineyards, And dwelt confidently--in My doing judgments, On all those despising them round about, And they have known that I, Yahweh, [am] their Elohim!'"

³³ Thus said the Lord Yahweh:In the day of My cleansing you from all your iniquities, I have caused the cities to be inhabited, And the wastes have been built, ³⁴ And the desolate land is tilled, Instead of which it was a desolation before the eyes of every passer by, ³⁵ And they have said:This land, that was desolated, Has been as the garden of Eden, And the cities--the wasted, And the desolated, and the broken down, Fenced places have remained." ³⁶ And known have the nations who are left round about you, That I Yahweh have built the thrown down, I have planted the desolated:I Yahweh have spoken, and I have done [it]."

²⁵ And they have dwelt on the land that I gave to My servant, to Jacob, In which your fathers have dwelt, And they have dwelt on it, they and their sons, And their son's sons--unto the eon, And David My servant [is] their prince--to the eon." ²⁶ And I have made to them a covenant of peace, A covenant eonian it is with them, And I have placed them, and multiplied them, And placed My sanctuary in their midst--to the eon." ²⁷ And My tabernacle has been over them, And I have been to them for Elohim, And they have been to Me for a people." ²⁸ And known have the nations that I Yahweh am sanctifying Israel, In My sanctuary being in their midst--to the eon!'"

²⁵ Therefore, thus said the Lord Yahweh:Now do I bring back the captivity of Jacob, And I have pitied all the house of Israel, And have been zealous for My holy name."

¹ For, behold, in those days, and in that season, when I shall turn back the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, ² I will also convene all the nations and bring them down to the vale of Jehoshaphat. And I enter into judgment with them there concerning My people, and My allotment, Israel, whom they disperse among the nations, and My land which they apportion,

¹¹ Wherefore, because of your trampling on the poor, and the load of cereal you are taking from him:You build houses of trimmed stone, yet you shall not dwell in them; you plant coveted vineyards, yet you shall not drink their wine."

¹³ Their estate shall come to be robbed goods, and their houses desolation; and they shall build houses, yet shall not dwell in them, and they shall plant vineyards, yet shall not drink their wine."
