2 Samuel 24:3 Cross References - CLV

³ And Joab said unto the king, `Yea, Yahweh your Elohim does add unto the people, as they are, a hundred times, and the eyes of my lord the king are seeing; and my lord the king, why is he desirous of this thing?.

¹¹ May Yahweh Elohim of your fathers add to you a thousand times as many as you are, and may He bless you just as He promised to you.

¹² be strong and strengthen yourself for our people, and for the cities of our Elohim, and Yahweh does that which is good in His eyes..

³ And Joab said, `Yahweh does add to His people as they are a hundred times; are they not, my lord, O king, all of them to my lord for servants? why does my lord seek this? why is he for a cause of guilt to Israel?. ⁴ And the word of the king [is] severe against Joab, and Joab goes out, and goes up and down in all Israel, and comes in to Jerusalem.

¹⁴ May Yahweh add to you, To you and to your sons."

²⁸ In a multitude of people is a king's honor, Yet in a limit of the population is a chancellor's dismay."

⁵ Then you shall see and beam. And awed and wide will be your heart, for turned to you shall be the throng of the sea. The estate of nations shall come to you."
