¹⁸ For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ did not work out through me, in word and deed, for the obedience of the Gentiles--

¹⁴ As winds and clouds and rains are most evident objects, so is he that boasts of a false gift.

¹⁸ And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. ¹⁹ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

²⁰ And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

²⁷ Now arriving and gathering the church together, they related all that God had done with them, and that He had opened the door of faith for the Gentiles.

⁴ And having come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they declared all that God had done with them.

¹² Then all the multitude stopped speaking and listened to Barnabas and Paul telling as many signs and wonders as God had done among the Gentiles through them.

¹⁹ And having greeted them, he reported one by one those things which God had done among the Gentiles through his ministry.

²⁰ but to those first in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and to the Gentiles, proclaiming that they must repent and turn to God, and do works worthy of repentance.

⁵ through whom we received grace and apostleship for obedience of faith among all the nations for His name,

¹⁷ But thanks be to God, that though you used to be slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from your heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.

^{26 (14:25)} but now made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the eternal God, for obedience to the faith--

⁶ I planted, Apollos watered, but God gives the increase. ⁷ So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. ⁸ Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor. ⁹ For we are coworkers with God; you are God's field, you are God's building.

¹ Do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or letters of recommendation from you? ² You are our letter, having been written in our hearts, being known and being read by all men; ³ being made known that you are the letter of Christ, which was ministered by us, having been written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not in tablets of stone but in tablets of flesh, namely in hearts.

¹ And working together with Him, we also urge that you not receive the grace of God in vain.

⁴ For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty by God to the pulling down of strongholds, ⁵ casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ,

¹³ But we will not boast beyond limits, but according to the measure of the sphere of influence which God assigned us as a measure, to reach even as far as you. ¹⁴ For we are not overextending ourselves, as though our authority did not reach to you, for it was to you that we came with the gospel of Christ; ¹⁵ not boasting beyond the limits in the labors of others, but having hope, that as your faith is increased, we shall be greatly enlarged by you according to our sphere of influence, ¹⁶ to preach the gospel to the regions beyond you, and not to boast in the things done in the sphere of influence of others. ¹⁷ But "he who boasts, let him boast in the LORD." ¹⁸ For not he who commends himself is approved, but he whom the Lord commends.

³¹ The God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying.

⁶ For if I should desire to boast, I will not be foolish; for I will speak the truth. But I spare you, lest anyone consider me to be beyond what he sees me to be or hears something from me.

⁸ (for He who worked with Peter in the apostleship to the circumcised, worked also with me in that for the Gentiles),

¹⁷ And whatever you may do in word or deed, do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

¹⁷ comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

⁹ And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,

⁸ By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go forth to the place which he was about to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.

²² But become doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

¹⁸ My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

⁹ Yet Michael the archangel, when taking issue with the devil, was arguing about the body of Moses, dared not to bring a railing accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"
