² My help shall come from the Lord, who made the heaven and the earth.

¹ For the end, for the sons of Korah; A Psalm concerning secret things. God is our refuge and strength, a help in the afflictions that have come heavily upon us.

¹⁵ Blessed are you of the Lord, who made the heaven and the earth.

⁸ Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

⁵ Blessed is he whose helper is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord his God: ⁶ who made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things in them; who keeps truth forever;

²⁸ And now, have you not known? Have you not heard? The eternal God, the God that formed the ends of the earth, shall not hunger, nor be weary, and there is no searching of His understanding. ²⁹ He gives strength to the hungry, and sorrow to them that are not suffering.

¹³ For I am your God, who holds your right hand, who says to you,

¹¹ But the Lord was with me as a mighty man of war; therefore they persecuted me, but could not perceive anything against me. They were greatly confounded, for they perceived not their disgrace, which shall never be forgotten.

⁹ O Israel, who will aid you in your destruction?

⁶ so that being confident, we may say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
