³⁵ While He was still speaking, they came from the synagogue leader, saying, "Your daughter has died. Why do you still trouble the Teacher?"

¹⁸ And He said, "Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, 'The Teacher says, "My time is near; at your house I will keep the Passover with My disciples." ' "

²² And behold, there came one of the rulers of the synagogue, named Jairus. And seeing Him, he fell at His feet

³⁹ Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the sister of the one having died, said to Him, "Lord, already there is a stench, for he has been dead four days."
