But now My kingdom is not from here.” 37 Therefore Pilate said to Him, “Then You are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I may bear witness to the truth. Everyone being of the truth hears My voice.” 38 Pilate says to Him, “What is truth?” And having said this, he went out again to the Jews and says to them, “I find no guilt in Him.

John 19:1-4

1 So at that time Pilate took Jesus and scourged Him. 2 And the soldiers, having twisted together a crown of thorns, put it on His head and cast around Him a purple robe. 3 And they began coming up to Him and saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” And they kept giving Him blows with the palm. 4 And Pilate went forth outside again and says to them, “Behold, I bring Him out to you so that you may know that I find no guilt in Him.”
