³⁶ But I have testimony greater than that of John. For the works that the Father has given Me that I should complete them, the same works which I do, bear witness concerning Me that the Father has sent Me.

⁴ And Jesus answering, said to them, “Having gone, relate to John what you hear and see:

²³ And when He was in Jerusalem in the Passover, in the Feast, many believed in His name, beholding His signs that He was doing.

² He came to Him by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher, for no one is able to do these signs that You do, unless God should be with him.”

¹⁷ For God did not send His Son into the world that He might judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.

³⁴ Jesus says to them, “My food is that I should do the will of the One having sent Me, and should finish His work.

³² It is another bearing witness concerning Me, and I know that the testimony which he bears witness concerning Me is true.

³⁰ The man answered and said to them, “In this indeed is an amazing thing, that you do not know from where He is, and yet He opened my eyes. ³¹ We know that God does not hear sinners, but if anyone is God-fearing and does His will, He hears him. ³² Never out of the age has it been heard that anyone opened the eyes of one having been born blind. ³³ If this man were not from God, He could do nothing.”

²⁵ Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in the name of My Father, these bear witness concerning Me.

³⁷ If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me. ³⁸ But if I do, even if you do not believe Me, believe the works, so that you may know and may understand that the Father is in Me, and I in the Father.”

³⁷ But some of them said, “Was not this man having opened the eyes of the blind able to have caused that this one also should not have died?”

¹⁰ Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I speak to you, I do not speak from Myself; but the Father dwelling in Me does His works. ¹¹ Believe Me that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me; but if not, believe because of the works themselves.

²⁴ If I had not done among them the works that no other has done, they would not have had sin; but now they have both seen and hated both Me and My Father.

⁴ I glorified You on the earth, having completed the work that You have given Me that I should do.

²² Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man having been set forth by God to you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by Him in your the midst, as you yourselves know,

⁹ If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater. For this is the testimony of God that He has testified concerning His Son.

¹¹ And this is the testimony: that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. ¹² The one having the Son has life; the one not having the Son of God does not have life.
