¹³ bearing with each other and forgiving each other. If anyone should have a complaint against another, even as also the Lord has forgiven you, so also you.

⁴⁴ But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those persecuting you,

¹² And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

¹⁴ For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. ¹⁵ But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

¹⁵ And if your brother sins against you, go reprove him, between you and him alone. If he will hear you, you have gained your brother. ¹⁶ But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘every word may be strengthened upon the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ ¹⁷ And if he fails to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he fails to listen to even to the church, let him be to you as the pagan and the tax collector.

²¹ Then Peter having come, said to Him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I will forgive him? Up to seven times?” ²² Jesus says to him, “I say to you not up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven! ²³ Because of this, the kingdom of the heavens has become like to a man, a king, who desired to settle accounts with his servants. ²⁴ And he having begun to settle, one was brought to him, a debtor of ten thousand talents. ²⁵ And of him having nothing to pay, the master commanded him to be sold, and the wife and children, and everything that he had, and payment to be made. ²⁶ Therefore the servant, having fallen down, was bowing on his knees to him, saying, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay everything to you.’ ²⁷ And the master of that servant having been moved with compassion, released him and forgave him the debt. ²⁸ But the same servant having gone out, found one of his fellow servants who was owing him a hundred denarii, and having seized him, he was throttling him, saying, ‘Pay what you owe.’ ²⁹ Therefore his fellow servant having fallen down, was begging him, saying, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you.’ ³⁰ But he was not willing. Rather, having gone, he cast him into prison until he should pay what was owed. ³¹ Therefore his fellow servants having seen the things having taken place, were deeply grieved, and having gone, narrated to their master everything having taken place. ³² Then his master having called him, says to him, ‘Evil servant, I forgave you all that debt because you begged me. ³³ Did it not behoove you also to have pitied your fellow servant, as I also had pitied you?’ ³⁴ And having been angry, his master delivered him to the jailers, until that he should pay all being owed to him. ³⁵ Thus also My Heavenly Father will do to you, unless each of you forgives his brother from your heart.”

²⁵ And when you may stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive it, so that your Father in the heavens also might forgive you your trespasses.”

²⁰ And having seen their faith, He said, “Man, your sins have been forgiven you.” ²¹ And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who is able to forgive sins, except God alone?” ²² And Jesus, having known their reasonings, answering, said to them, “Why do you reason in your hearts? ²³ Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins have been forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk?’ ²⁴ But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on the earth to forgive sins...” He said to the one having been paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, and having taken up your mat, go to your house.”

³⁵ But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He is kind to the ungrateful and evil. ³⁶ Be you merciful, as your Father also is merciful. ³⁷ And do not judge that you should not be judged; and do not condemn that you should not be condemned; forgive and you will be forgiven.

⁴⁸ And He said to her, “Your sins have been forgiven.” ⁴⁹ And those reclining began to say within themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” ⁵⁰ And He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

⁴ And forgive us our sins, for also we ourselves forgive everyone indebted to us; and lead us not into temptation.’”

³ Take heed to yourselves: If your brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he should repent, forgive him. ⁴ And if he should sin against you seven times in the day, and seven times should return to you, saying ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”

³⁴ And Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” And they cast lots, dividing His garments.

¹ Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak and not to please ourselves. ² Let each of us please the neighbor unto the good, for edification.

⁷ Therefore receive one another as Christ also received you, to the glory of God.

⁷ Therefore indeed it is already altogether a defeat for you that you have lawsuits among one another. Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded? ⁸ But you do wrong and defraud, and these things to brothers!

¹⁰ Now to whomever you forgive anything, I also do; and indeed to whom I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, it is for the sake of you, in the person of Christ,

⁶ in purity, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness; in the Holy Spirit, in genuine love;

² Bear one another’s burdens and thus you will fulfill the law of Christ.

² with all humility and gentleness; with patience bearing with one another in love;

³² And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, as also in Christ God forgave you.

² and walk in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave Himself up for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God, into an aroma of a sweet smell.

¹² Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,

¹³ For judgment without mercy will be to the one not having shown mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

²¹ For to this hereunto you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example that you should follow after His steps:
