¹⁹ ἡ (-) δὲ (But) Μαρία (Mary) πάντα (all) συνετήρει (was treasuring up) τὰ (-) ῥήματα (matters) ταῦτα (these), συμβάλλουσα* (pondering them) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) καρδίᾳ (heart) αὐτῆς (of her).

⁶⁶ καὶ (And) ἔθεντο (laid them up) πάντες (all) οἱ (those) ἀκούσαντες (having heard), ἐν (in) τῇ (the) καρδίᾳ (heart) αὐτῶν (of them), λέγοντες (saying), “Τί (What) ἄρα (then) τὸ (the) παιδίον (child) τοῦτο (this) ἔσται (will be)?” καὶ (And) γὰρ (for) χεὶρ (the hand) Κυρίου (of the Lord) ἦν (was) μετ’ (with) αὐτοῦ (him).

⁵¹ Καὶ (And) κατέβη (He went down) μετ’ (with) αὐτῶν (them) καὶ (and) ἦλθεν (came) εἰς (to) Ναζαρὲθ (Nazareth), καὶ (and) ἦν (He was) ὑποτασσόμενος (subject) αὐτοῖς (to them). καὶ (And) ἡ (the) μήτηρ (mother) αὐτοῦ (of Him) διετήρει (was treasuring up) πάντα (all) τὰ (the) ῥήματα (matters) ‹ταῦτα› (these) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) καρδίᾳ (heart) αὐτῆς (of her).

⁴³ Ἐξεπλήσσοντο (Were astonished) δὲ (then) πάντες (all) ἐπὶ (at) τῇ (the) μεγαλειότητι (majesty) τοῦ (-) Θεοῦ (of God). Πάντων (Of all) δὲ (however) θαυμαζόντων (wondering) ἐπὶ (at) πᾶσιν (all) οἷς (which) ἐποίει (He did), εἶπεν (He said) πρὸς (to) τοὺς (the) μαθητὰς (disciples) αὐτοῦ (of Him), ⁴⁴ “Θέσθε (Let sink) ὑμεῖς (you) εἰς (into) τὰ (the) ὦτα (ears) ὑμῶν (of you) τοὺς (the) λόγους (words) τούτους (these); ὁ (-) γὰρ (for) Υἱὸς (the Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) μέλλει (is about) παραδίδοσθαι (to be betrayed) εἰς (into) χεῖρας (the hands) ἀνθρώπων (of men).”
