³¹ Then Jesus said to them: All of you will he offended at me this night; for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered.

⁶ and blessed is he that shall find in me no cause of offense.

⁹ Then they will deliver you up to affliction, and kill you; and you will be hated by all nations on my account. ¹⁰ And then will many be ensnared, and they will deliver one another up, and hate one another;
