¹² After these things happened, Jesus showed Himself in a different form to two disciples [Note: One was named Cleopas. See Luke 24:13-18], as they were walking out into the countryside [i.e., to the village of Emmaus, about seven miles northwest of Jerusalem. See Luke 24:13]. ¹³ And these two men went and told about their encounter with Jesus to the rest of the disciples, but they did not believe them either.
