⁴ Your neck is as a tower of ivory; your eyes like the fish pools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bathrabbim: your nose is as the tower of Lebanon which looks toward Damascus.

⁸ All your garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made you glad.

¹² That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:

¹⁰ Your cheeks are comely with rows of jewels, your neck with chains of gold.

¹ Behold, you are fair, my love; behold, you are fair; you have doves' eyes within your locks: your hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.

⁴ Your neck is like the tower of David built for an armory, where on there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men.

⁸ Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards. ⁹ You have ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; you have ravished my heart with one of your eyes, with one chain of your neck.

¹⁴ His hands are as gold rings set with the beryl: his belly is as bright ivory overlaid with sapphires. ¹⁵ His legs are as pillars of marble, set on sockets of fine gold: his countenance is as Lebanon, excellent as the cedars.

⁵ Turn away your eyes from me, for they have overcome me: your hair is as a flock of goats that appear from Gilead.

⁴ Fear not; for you shall not be ashamed: neither be you confounded; for you shall not be put to shame: for you shall forget the shame of your youth, and shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.

¹⁷ That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: ¹⁸ The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

¹⁸ May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; ¹⁹ And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fullness of God.

⁹ And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; ¹⁰ That you may approve things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ.

¹⁴ But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
