¹¹ Even the very dust of your city, which sticks on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be you sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come near to you.

¹¹ For this commandment which I command you this day, it is not hidden from you, neither is it far off. ¹² It is not in heaven, that you should say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it to us, that we may hear it, and do it? ¹³ Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it to us, that we may hear it, and do it? ¹⁴ But the word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you may do it.

¹⁴ And whoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

¹¹ And whoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when you depart there, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Truly I say to you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

⁹ And heal the sick that are therein, and say to them, The kingdom of God is come near to you.
