² But neither he, nor his servants, nor the people of the land, did listen to the words of the LORD, which he spoke by the prophet Jeremiah.

⁶ He that sends a message by the hand of a fool cuts off the feet, and drinks damage.

¹² If a ruler listen to lies, all his servants are wicked.

²⁵ And you, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,

¹⁰ I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets.

⁸ He therefore that despises, despises not man, but God, who has also given to us his holy Spirit.
