¹² And I mean this, that each of you says, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

⁹ And call not any your father on the earth; for one is your Father, he who is in heaven. ¹⁰ Neither be called leaders; for one is your leader, the Christ.

⁴² And he brought him to Jesus. Jesus, beholding him, said: Thou art Simon the son of Jonah; thou shalt be called Cephas, which is interpreted, Peter.

²⁴ And a certain Jew named Apollos, a native of Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the Scriptures, came to Ephesus.

⁴ For when one says, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? ⁵ Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to each one? ⁶ I planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

²¹ So then, let no one glory in men. For all things are yours; ²² whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come, all are yours; ²³ and ye are Christ's, and Christ is God's.

⁶ And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes; that in us ye may learn not to go beyond that which is written, that ye be not puffed up each for one against another.

²⁹ But this I say, brethren, the time that remains is short; that both they who have wives may be as though they had none;

⁵ Have we not power to lead about a sister as a wife, as well as the other apostles, and the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas?

⁵ and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve;

⁵⁰ And this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.

¹² And concerning Apollos the brother, I besought him much to come to you with the brethren; and it was not at all his will to come at this time, but he will come when he shall have a convenient time.

⁶ But as to this, he that sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he that sows with blessings shall also reap with blessings;

⁹ and having learned the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas right hands of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcision;

¹⁷ But this I say, that a covenant before confirmed by God, the law, which came four hundred and thirty years after, does not annul, to make the promise of no effect.
