Worsley(i)
Watch therefore, for ye know not at what hour your Lord cometh:
but this ye know, that if the master of the house had known at what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broke open: therefore be ye also ready;
for the Son of man cometh at a time that ye think not of.
Who then is the faithful and prudent servant, whom his lord hath set over his family to give them food in due season?
blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so employed:
verily I tell you, that he will set him over his whole estate.
But if that servant be wicked and say in his heart, my master delayeth his coming,
and begin to beat his fellow-servants, and to revel with drunkards:
the lord of that servant will come in a day when he doth not expect him, and in an hour which he knows not,
and will cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with hypocrites: where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
