Revelation 16:2-12

Williams(i) 2 So the first angel went and emptied his bowl upon the earth, and horrible, painful sores broke out on the men who bore the mark of the wild beast and worshiped his statue. 3 Then the second angel emptied his bowl into the sea, and it turned into blood like a dead man's, and every living thing that was in the sea died. 4 Then the third angel emptied his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they turned into blood. 5 Then I heard the angel of the waters say: "You are just in passing such a sentence, you who are and were, you the Holy One. 6 Because they have shed the blood of your people and prophets, you have given them blood to drink; they deserve it." 7 And I heard the altar say, "Yes, Lord God Almighty! Your sentences are true and just." 8 Then the fourth angel emptied his bowl upon the sun, and permission was given it to scorch mankind with its fiery heat, 9 so that men were severely scorched, but they only cursed the name of God who had authority over these plagues, and would not repent and give Him glory. 10 Then the fifth angel emptied his bowl upon the throne of the wild beast, and his kingdom was shrouded in darkness, and men in agony gnawed their tongues, 11 and cursed the God of heaven because of their sufferings and sores, but they would not repent of what they had done. 12 Then the sixth angel emptied his bowl upon the great river Euphrates, and its waters were dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.
