8 þa gesawun hys leorning-cnihtas þæt. & wurdon gebolgene & cwædon; To hwan ys þiss forspilled.
9 þis mihte beon geseald to myclum wurþe. & þearfum gedæled;
10 Þa se hælend hyt wiste þa cwæð he to heom. hwi synt ge grame þysum wïfe. witodlice god weorc heo worhte on me;
11 Symle ge habbað þearfan mid eow. ac ge nabbað me symle;
12 Heo dyde þas sealfe on minne lichaman þt ic wære gesmyryd to bebyrgynne;

49 & he ge-nealæhte hrædlice to þam hælende & cwæð; Hal beo þu lareow. & he cyste hyne;
50 Ða cwæð se hælend to him; Eala freond to hwan be-com þü; Ða ge-nealæhton hig & þone hælend genamon;

75 Þa gemunde petrus þæs hælendes wurd þe he cwæð. ærþam þe se cocc. crawe. þriwa ðu me wið-sæcst. & he eode üt & weop bityrlice;
