Isaiah 39 At that time Merodachbaladan , the son of Baladan , king of Babylon , sent letters and a present to Hezekiah : for he had heard that he had been sick , and had recovered.

3 H935 [H8799] Then came H3470 Isaiah H5030 the prophet H4428 to king H2396 Hezekiah H559 [H8799] , and said H559 [H8804] to him, What said H582 these men H370 ? and from where H935 [H8799] came H2396 they to thee? And Hezekiah H559 [H8799] said H935 [H8804] , They have come H7350 to me, from a far H776 country H894 , even from Babylon.

4 H559 [H8799] Then said H7200 [H8804] he, What have they seen H1004 in thy house H2396 ? And Hezekiah H559 [H8799] answered H1004 , All that is in my house H7200 [H8804] have they seen H1697 : there is nothing H214 among my treasures H7200 [H8689] that I have not showed them.

5 H559 [H8799] Then said H3470 Isaiah H2396 to Hezekiah H8085 [H8798] , Hear H1697 the word H3068 of the LORD H6635 of hosts:

6 H3117 Behold, the days H935 [H8802] come H1004 , that all that is in thy house H1 , and that which thy fathers H686 [H8804] have laid up in store H3117 until this day H5375 [H8738] , shall be carried H894 to Babylon H1697 : nothing H3498 [H8735] shall be left H559 [H8804] , saith H3068 the LORD.

7 H1121 And of thy sons H3318 [H8799] that shall issue H3205 [H8686] from thee, which thou shalt beget H3947 [H8799] , shall they take away H5631 ; and they shall be eunuchs H1964 in the palace H4428 of the king H894 of Babylon.

8 H559 [H8799] Then said H2396 Hezekiah H3470 to Isaiah H2896 , Good H1697 is the word H3068 of the LORD H1696 [H8765] which thou hast spoken H559 [H8799] . He said H7965 moreover, For there shall be peace H571 and truth H3117 in my days.
