And he will lease the vineyard to other farmers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.” ⁴² Jesus says to them: “Did you never read in the Scriptures: ‘A stone which the builders rejected, this one became the cornerstone. This was the LORD’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? ⁴³ Therefore I say to you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing the fruits of it.
