Twentieth_Century⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁵³ For this perishable body of ours must put on an imperishable form, and this dying body a deathless form. ⁵⁴ And, when this dying body has put on its deathless form, then indeed will the words of Scripture come true- ⁵⁵ 'Death has been swallowed up in victory! Where, O Death, is thy victory? Where, O Death, is thy sting?' ⁵⁶ It is sin that gives death its sting, and it is the Law that gives sin its power.
