Romans 8:14-17 For as many as are led by the spirit of God, are sons of God.

Thomson⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁴ For as many as are led by the spirit of God, are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you have not received a spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received a spirit of adoption, by which we cry, Abba, Father. ¹⁶ This very spirit beareth joint witness with our spirit that we are children of God; ¹⁷ and if children, then heirs; heirs indeed of God, and joint heirs with Christ if we suffer with him so that with him we may also be glorified.
