The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered and can open the book and its seven seals." ⁶ Then I saw midway between the throne and the four living creatures and the elders a Lamb standing. He seemed as if he had been slain. He had seven horns and seven eyes which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. ⁷ He came and took the book from the right hand of him who was sitting on the throne.
