Matthew 21:33-40

RKJNT(i) 33 Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner, who planted a vineyard, and put a hedge around it, and dug a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to farmers, and went to a far country: 34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the tenants, that they might collect his fruit. 35 And the tenants took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again, he sent other servants, more than the first: and they did the same to them. 37 But last of all he sent to them his son, saying, They will respect my son. 38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize his inheritance. 39 And they took him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. 40 Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?
