Mark 11:13-23

RKJNT(i) 13 And seeing a fig tree far off with leaves, he went to it, to see if he might find something on it: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for it was not the season for figs. 14 And Jesus said to it, May no man ever eat fruit from you again. And his disciples heard it. 15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out those who sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money changers, and the seats of those who sold doves; 16 And he would not allow any man to carry merchandise through the temple. 17 And he taught, saying to them, Is it not written, My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations? but you have made it a den of robbers. 18 And the scribes and chief priests heard this, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people were astonished at his teaching. 19 And when evening came, he went out of the city. 20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 And Peter remembered and said to him, Rabbi, behold, the fig tree which you cursed has withered away. 22 And Jesus said to them, Have faith in God. 23 For truly I say to you, That whoever shall say to this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatever he says.
