19 (For the law made nothing perfect;) but there is the bringing in of a better hope; by which we draw near to God.
20 And it was not without an oath.
21 For others were indeed made priests without an oath; but he with an oath from the one who said to him, The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind, You are a priest forever.
22 By this has Jesus become the guarantee of a better covenant.
23 And there were many priests, because they were prevented by death from continuing:
24 But he, because he continues forever, has a perpetual priesthood.
25 Therefore, he is also able to completely save those who come to God through him, for he ever lives to make intercession for them.
