RKJNT⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ I exhort the elders who are among you, as a fellow elder, and as a witness of the sufferings of Christ and as a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: ² Tend the flock of God which is in your charge, not by compulsion, but willingly; not for sordid gain, but eagerly; ³ Not being lords over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. ⁴ And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, you shall receive a crown of glory that does not fade away.
