RKJNT⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ Therefore, since Christ has suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves with the same mind: for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin; ² That he may live the rest of his time in the flesh no longer for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. ³ For the time past was sufficient for doing the things the Gentiles desire to do: living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, revelling, carousing, and abominable idolatries.
