Daniel 12:4-9

NSB(i) 4 »But you, O Daniel, keep the words secret, and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will run back and forth and knowledge will increase.« 5 Then I, Daniel, looked, and, behold, there stood two others, one on the bank of the river on this side, and the other on the bank of the river on that side. 6 One said to the man clothed in linen, which was above the waters of the river: »How long will it be to the end of these wonders?« 7 I heard the man clothed in linen, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him that lives forever: »It will be for three and one half years; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things will be finished.« 8 I heard but I did not understand. I said: »O my lord, how will this all end?« 9 He replied: »Go your way, Daniel for the words are kept secret and sealed till the time of the end.
