Luke 18:9-11

Murdock(i) 9 And he spake this similitude, against certain persons, who had confidence in themselves that they were righteous, and despised every one. 10 Two men went up to the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. 11 And the Pharisee stood by himself, and prayed thus: God, I thank thee that I have not been like the rest of men, rapacious, oppressive, and adulterous; nor like this publican.
