In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, [get up and] walk!" ⁷ And catching him by the right hand he raised him. Instantly his feet and ankles grew strong, ⁸ he leapt to his feet, started to walk, and accompanied them into the temple, walking, leaping, and praising God. ⁹ When all the people saw him walking and praising God, ¹⁰ and when they recognized this was the very man who used to sit and beg at the Gate Beautiful, they were lost in awe and amazement at what had happened to him.
