Zechariah 4:6-10 He answered, and said unto me, 'This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying: Neither through a host of men, nor through strength, but through my spirit, sayeth the LORD of Hosts.

Thou must be made even. And he shall bring up the first stone so that men shall cry unto him, 'Good luck, good luck!'' ⁸ Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, ⁹ 'The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house. His hands also shall finish it: that ye may know, how that the LORD of Hosts hath sent me unto you. ¹⁰ For he that hath been despised a little season, shall rejoice, when he seeth the tin weight in Zerubbabel's hand. The seven eyes are the LORD's, which go through the whole world.'
