1 {A Psalm and song of the sons of Korah} Her foundations are upon the holy hills;
2 the LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
3 Very excellent things are spoken of thee, thou city of God. Selah.
4 I will think upon Rahab and Babylon, with them that know me. Behold ye the Philistines also, and they of Tyre, with they of the Ethiopians; lo, there was he born.
5 And of Zion it shall be reported, that he was born in her; and the most high shall establish her.
6 The LORD shall cause it to be preached and written among the people, that he was born there. Selah.
7 The singers also and trumpeters shall he rehearse. All my fresh springs shall be in thee.
