Luke 9:57-62

MLV(i) 57 Now it happened while traveling on the road, a certain man said to him, I will be following you wherever you go, Lord.
58 And Jesus said to him, The foxes have burrows and the birds of the heaven have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere that he may bow his head.
59 But he said to a different one, Follow me.
But he said, Lord, permit me first to go and bury my father.
60 But Jesus said to him, Leave the dead to bury their own dead, but while you are going, thoroughly proclaim the kingdom of God.
61 But a different one also said, I will be following you, Lord, but permit me first to bid farewell to those who are in my house.
62 But Jesus said to him, No one, having put his hand upon the plow and looking behind, is fit for the kingdom of God.
