7 Beloved, we should love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born from God and knows God.
8 He who does not love, does not know God, because God is love.
9 In this, the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent his only begotten Son into the world in order that we might live through him.
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atonement on behalf of our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
12 No one has seen God at anytime; if we love one another, God is abiding in us and his love is completed in us.
13 We know in this that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given to us from his Spirit.
14 And we have seen and are testifying that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
15 Whoever confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him and he in God.
16 And we have known and have believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God and God abides in him.
