Leeser⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mount of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is before Jericho; and the Lord showed him all the land from Gil’ad unto Dan, ² And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Menasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the western sea. ³ And the south, and the plain, the valley of Jericho, the city of palm-trees, unto Zoar. ⁴ And the Lord said unto him, This is the land which I swore unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it: I have let thee see it with thy eyes, but thither shalt thou not go over.
