Lamsa⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ FROM of old God spoke to our fathers by the prophets in every manner and in all ways; and in these latter days, he has spoken to us by his Son; ² Whom he has appointed heir of all things, and by whom also he made the worlds; ³ For he is the brightness of his glory and the express image of his being, upholding all things by the power of his word; and when he had through his person, cleansed our sins, then he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; ⁴ And he is altogether greater than the angels, just as the name he has inherited is a more excellent name than theirs.
