10 H936 For who hath despised [H8804] H3117 the day H6996 of small things H8055 ? for they shall rejoice [H8804] H7200 , and shall see [H8804] H68 the plummet H913 H3027 in the hand H2216 of Zerubbabel H7651 with those seven H5869 ; they are the eyes H3068 of the LORD H7751 , which run to and fro [H8789] H776 through the whole earth.
