Micah 3:1-4 And I said , Hear , I pray you, O heads of Jacob , and ye princes of the house of Israel ; Is it not for you to know judgment?

4 H2199 Then shall they cry [H8799] H3068 unto the LORD H6030 , but he will not hear [H8799] H5641 them: he will even hide [H8686] H6440 his face H6256 from them at that time H7489 , as they have behaved themselves ill [H8689] H4611 in their doings.
