Luke 11:39-54

  39 G1161 And G2962 the Lord G2036 said [G5627]   G4314 unto G846 him G3568 , Now G2511 do G5210 ye G5330 Pharisees G2511 make clean [G5719]   G1855 the outside G4221 of the cup G2532 and G4094 the platter G1161 ; but G5216 your G2081 inward part G1073 is full [G5719]   G724 of ravening G2532 and G4189 wickedness.

  40 G878 Ye fools G4160 , did G3756 not G4160 he that made [G5660]   G3588 that which G1855 is without G4160 make [G5656]   G3588 that which G2081 is within G2532 also?

  41 G4133 But rather G1325 give [G5628]   G1654 alms G1751 of such things as ye have [G5752]   G2532 ; and G2400 , behold [G5628]   G3956 , all things G2076 are [G5748]   G2513 clean G5213 unto you.

  42 G235 But G3759 woe G5213 unto you G5330 , Pharisees G3754 ! for G586 ye tithe [G5719]   G2238 mint G2532 and G4076 rue G2532 and G3956 all manner G3001 of herbs G2532 , and G3928 pass over [G5736]   G2920 judgment G2532 and G26 the love G2316 of God G5023 : these G1163 ought ye [G5713]   G4160 to have done [G5658]   G3361 , and not G863 to leave G2548 the other G863 undone [G5721]  .

  43 G3759 Woe G5213 unto you G5330 , Pharisees G3754 ! for G25 ye love [G5719]   G4410 the uppermost seats G1722 in G4864 the synagogues G2532 , and G783 greetings G1722 in G58 the markets.

  44 G3759 Woe G5213 unto you G1122 , scribes G2532 and G5330 Pharisees G5273 , hypocrites G3754 ! for G2075 ye are [G5748]   G5613 as G3419 graves G3588 which G82 appear not G2532 , and G444 the men G4043 that walk [G5723]   G1883 over G1492 them are G3756 not G1492 aware [G5758]   of them .

  45 G1161 Then G611 answered [G5679]   G5100 one G3544 of the lawyers G3004 , and said [G5719]   G846 unto him G1320 , Master G5023 , thus G3004 saying [G5723]   G5195 thou reproachest [G5719]   G2248 us G2532 also.

  46 G1161 And G2036 he said [G5627]   G3759 , Woe G5213 unto you G2532 also G3544 , ye lawyers G3754 ! for G5412 ye lade [G5719]   G444 men G5413 with burdens G1419 grievous to be borne G2532 , and G846 ye yourselves G4379 touch [G5719]   G3756 not G5413 the burdens G1520 with one G5216 of your G1147 fingers.

  47 G3759 Woe G5213 unto you G3754 ! for G3618 ye build [G5719]   G3419 the sepulchres G4396 of the prophets G1161 , and G5216 your G3962 fathers G615 killed [G5656]   G846 them.

  48 G686 Truly G3140 ye bear witness [G5719]   G2532 that G4909 ye allow [G5719]   G2041 the deeds G5216 of your G3962 fathers G3754 : for G846 they G3303 indeed G615 killed [G5656]   G846 them G1161 , and G5210 ye G3618 build [G5719]   G846 their G3419 sepulchres.

  52 G3759 Woe G5213 unto you G3544 , lawyers G3754 ! for G142 ye have taken away [G5656]   G2807 the key G1108 of knowledge G1525 : ye entered G3756 not G1525 in [G5627]   G846 yourselves G2532 , and G1525 them that were entering in [G5740]   G2967 ye hindered [G5656]  .

  53 G1161 And G846 as he G3004 said [G5723]   G5023 these things G4314 unto G846 them G1122 , the scribes G2532 and G5330 the Pharisees G756 began [G5662]   G1758 to urge [G5721]   G1171 him vehemently G2532 , and G653 to provoke G846 him G653 to speak [G5721]   G4012 of G4119 many things:

  54 G1748 Laying wait for [G5723]   G846 him G2532 , and G2212 seeking [G5723]   G2340 to catch [G5658]   G5100 something G1537 out of G846 his G4750 mouth G2443 , that G2723 they might accuse [G5661]   G846 him.
