Galatians 2:1-13

  1 G1899 Then G1180 fourteen G2094 years G1223 after G305 I went up [G5627]   G3825 again G1519 to G2414 Jerusalem G3326 with G921 Barnabas G4838 , and took G5103 Titus G4838 with me [G5631]   G2532 also.

  2 G1161 And G305 I went up [G5627]   G2596 by G602 revelation G2532 , and G394 communicated [G5639]   G846 unto them G2098 that gospel G3739 which G2784 I preach [G5719]   G1722 among G1484 the Gentiles G1161 , but G2596 privately G2398   G1380 to them which were of reputation [G5723]   G3381 , lest by any means G4458   G5143 I should run [G5725]   G2228 , or G5143 had run [G5627]   G1519 , in G2756 vain.

  3 G235 But G3761 neither G5103 Titus G3588 , who G4862 was with G1698 me G5607 , being [G5752]   G1672 a Greek G315 , was compelled [G5681]   G4059 to be circumcised [G5683]  :

  4 G1161 And G1223 that because of G5569 false brethren G3920 unawares brought in G3748 , who G3922 came in privily [G5627]   G2684 to spy out [G5658]   G2257 our G1657 liberty G3739 which G2192 we have [G5719]   G1722 in G5547 Christ G2424 Jesus G2443 , that G2615 they might bring G2248 us G2615 into bondage [G5672]  :

  5 G3739 To whom G1502 we gave place [G5656]   G5292 by subjection G3761 , no, not G4314 for G5610 an hour G2443 ; that G225 the truth G2098 of the gospel G1265 might continue [G5661]   G4314 with G5209 you.

  6 G1161 But G575 of G1380 these who seemed [G5723]   G1511 to be [G5750]   G5100 somewhat G3697 , (whatsoever G4218   G2258 they were [G5713]   G1308 , it maketh G3762 no G1308 matter [G5719]   G3427 to me G2316 : God G2983 accepteth [G5719]   G3756 no G444 man's G4383 person G1063 :) for G1380 they who seemed [G5723]   G4323 to be somewhat in conference added [G5639]   G3762 nothing G1698 to me:

  7 G235 But G5121 contrariwise G1492 , when they saw [G5631]   G3754 that G2098 the gospel G203 of the uncircumcision G4100 was committed unto me [G5769]   G2531 , as G4061 the gospel of the circumcision G4074 was unto Peter;

  8 G1063 (For G1754 he that wrought effectually [G5660]   G4074 in Peter G1519 to G651 the apostleship G4061 of the circumcision G2532 , the same G1754 was mighty [G5656]   G1698 in me G1519 toward G1484 the Gentiles:)

  9 G2532 And G2385 when James G2532 , G2786 Cephas G2532 , and G2491 John G3588 , who G1380 seemed [G5723]   G1511 to be [G5750]   G4769 pillars G1097 , perceived [G5631]   G5485 the grace G1325 that was given [G5685]   G3427 unto me G1325 , they gave [G5656]   G1698 to me G2532 and G921 Barnabas G1188 the right hands G2842 of fellowship G2443 ; that G2249 we G1519 should go unto G1484 the heathen G1161 , and G846 they G1519 unto G4061 the circumcision.

  10 G3440 Only G2443 they would that G3421 we should remember [G5725]   G4434 the poor G846 ; the same G5124   G3739 which G4704 I G2532 also G4704 was forward [G5656]   G4160 to do [G5658]  .

  11 G1161 But G3753 when G4074 Peter G2064 was come [G5627]   G1519 to G490 Antioch G436 , I withstood [G5627]   G846 him G2596 to G4383 the face G3754 , because G2258 he was [G5713]   G2607 to be blamed [G5772]  .

  12 G1063 For G4253 before G5100 that certain G2064 came [G5629]   G575 from G2385 James G4906 , he did eat [G5707]   G3326 with G1484 the Gentiles G1161 : but G3753 when G2064 they were come [G5627]   G5288 , he withdrew [G5707]   G2532 and G873 separated [G5707]   G1438 himself G5399 , fearing [G5740]   G1537 them which were of G4061 the circumcision.

  13 G2532 And G3062 the other G2453 Jews G4942 dissembled [G5681]   G2532 likewise G846 with him G5620 ; insomuch G921 that Barnabas G2532 also G4879 was carried away [G5681]   G846 with their G5272 dissimulation.
