  26 H3947 And they took [H8799]   H6499 the bullock H5414 which was given [H8804]   H6213 them, and they dressed [H8799]   H7121 it, and called [H8799]   H8034 on the name H1168 of Baal H1242 from morning H6672 even until noon H559 , saying [H8800]   H1168 , O Baal H6030 , hear [H8798]   H369 us. But there was no H6963 voice H6030 , nor any that answered [H8802]   H6452 . And they leaped [H8762]   H4196 upon the altar H6213 which was made [H8804]  .
  27 H6672 And it came to pass at noon H452 , that Elijah H2048 mocked [H8762]   H559 them, and said [H8799]   H7121 , Cry [H8798]   H1419 aloud H6963   H430 : for he is a god H7879 ; either he is talking H7873 , or he is pursuing H1870 , or he is in a journey H194 , or peradventure H3463 he sleepeth H3364 , and must be awaked [H8799]  .
  28 H7121 And they cried [H8799]   H6963 aloud H1419   H1413 , and cut [H8704]   H4941 themselves after their manner H2719 with knives H7420 and lancets H1818 , till the blood H8210 gushed out [H8800]   upon them.
  29 H6672 And it came to pass, when midday H5674 was past [H8800]   H5012 , and they prophesied [H8691]   H5927 until the time of the offering [H8800]   H4503 of the evening sacrifice H6963 , that there was neither voice H6030 , nor any to answer [H8802]   H7182 , nor any that regarded.

But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped about the altar which was made. 27 And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is musing, or he is gone aside, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked. 28 And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lances, till the blood gushed out upon them. 29 And it was so, when midday was past, that they prophesied until the time of the offering of the [evening] oblation; but there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded.
