Psalms 27 לדוד of David. יהוה The LORD אורי my light וישׁעי and my salvation; ממי whom אירא shall I fear? יהוה the LORD מעוז the strength חיי of my life; ממי of whom אפחד׃ shall I be afraid?

1 H1732 לדוד of David. H3068 יהוה The LORD H216 אורי my light H3468 וישׁעי and my salvation; H4310 ממי whom H3372 אירא shall I fear? H3068 יהוה the LORD H4581 מעוז the strength H2416 חיי of my life; H4310 ממי of whom H6342 אפחד׃ shall I be afraid?

2 H7126 בקרב came H5921 עלי upon H7489 מרעים When the wicked, H398 לאכל me to eat up H853 את H1320 בשׂרי my flesh, H6862 צרי mine enemies H341 ואיבי and my foes, H1992 לי המה they H3782 כשׁלו stumbled H5307 ונפלו׃ and fell.

3 H518 אם Though H2583 תחנה should encamp H5921 עלי against H4264 מחנה a host H3808 לא shall not H3372 יירא fear: H3820 לבי me, my heart H518 אם though H6965 תקום should rise H5921 עלי against H4421 מלחמה war H2063 בזאת me, in this H589 אני I H982 בוטח׃ confident.

4 H259 אחת One H7592 שׁאלתי have I desired H853 מאת H3068 יהוה the LORD, H853 אותה H1245 אבקשׁ that will I seek after; H3427 שׁבתי that I may dwell H1004 בבית in the house H3068 יהוה of the LORD H3605 כל all H3117 ימי the days H2416 חיי of my life, H2372 לחזות to behold H5278 בנעם the beauty H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H1239 ולבקר and to inquire H1964 בהיכלו׃ in his temple.

5 H3588 כי For H6845 יצפנני he shall hide H5520 בסכה me in his pavilion: H3117 ביום in the time H7451 רעה of trouble H5641 יסתרני shall he hide H5643 בסתר in the secret H168 אהלו of his tabernacle H6697 בצור upon a rock. H7311 ירוממני׃ me; he shall set me up

6 H6258 ועתה And now H7311 ירום be lifted up H7218 ראשׁי shall mine head H5921 על above H341 איבי mine enemies H5439 סביבותי round about H2076 ואזבחה me: therefore will I offer H168 באהלו in his tabernacle H2077 זבחי sacrifices H8643 תרועה of joy; H7891 אשׁירה I will sing, H2167 ואזמרה yea, I will sing praises H3068 ליהוה׃ unto the LORD.

7 H8085 שׁמע Hear, H3068 יהוה O LORD, H6963 קולי with my voice: H7121 אקרא I cry H2603 וחנני have mercy H6030 וענני׃ also upon me, and answer

8 H559 לך אמר said H3820 לבי my heart H1245 בקשׁו Seek H6440 פני ye my face; H853 את H6440 פניך unto thee, Thy face, H3068 יהוה LORD, H1245 אבקשׁ׃ will I seek.

9 H408 אל not H5641 תסתר Hide H6440 פניך thy face H4480 ממני from H408 אל me not, H5186 תט me; put not thy servant away H639 באף in anger: H5650 עבדך H5833 עזרתי my help; H1961 היית thou hast been H408 אל neither H5203 תטשׁני leave H408 ואל H5800 תעזבני forsake H430 אלהי me, O God H3468 ישׁעי׃ of my salvation.

10 H3588 כי When H1 אבי my father H517 ואמי and my mother H5800 עזבוני forsake H3068 ויהוה me, then the LORD H622 יאספני׃ will take me up.

11 H3384 הורני Teach H3068 יהוה O LORD, H1870 דרכך me thy way, H5148 ונחני and lead H734 בארח path, H4334 מישׁור me in a plain H4616 למען because of H8324 שׁוררי׃ mine enemies.

12 H408 אל me not H5414 תתנני Deliver H5315 בנפשׁ over unto the will H6862 צרי of mine enemies: H3588 כי for H6965 קמו are risen up H5707 בי עדי witnesses H8267 שׁקר false H3307 ויפח against me, and such as breathe out H2555 חמס׃ cruelty.

13 H3884 לולא unless H539 האמנתי I had believed H7200 לראות to see H2898 בטוב the goodness H3068 יהוה of the LORD H776 בארץ in the land H2416 חיים׃ of the living.

14 H6960 קוה Wait H413 אל on H3068 יהוה the LORD: H2388 חזק be of good courage, H553 ויאמץ and he shall strengthen H3820 לבך thine heart: H6960 וקוה wait, H413 אל I say, on H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.
