16 H1301 וברק But Barak H7291 רדף pursued H310 אחרי after H7393 הרכב the chariots, H310 ואחרי and after H4264 המחנה the host, H5704 עד unto H2800 חרשׁת Harosheth of the Gentiles: H1471 הגוים H5307 ויפל fell H3605 כל and all H4264 מחנה the host H5516 סיסרא of Sisera H6310 לפי upon the edge H2719 חרב of the sword; H3808 לא there was not H7604 נשׁאר left. 17 H5516 וסיסרא Howbeit Sisera H5127 נס fled away H7272 ברגליו on his feet H413 אל to H168 אהל the tent H3278 יעל of Jael H802 אשׁת the wife H2268 חבר of Heber H7017 הקיני the Kenite: H3588 כי for H7965 שׁלום peace H996 בין between H2985 יבין Jabin H4428 מלך the king H2674 חצור of Hazor H996 ובין H1004 בית and the house H2268 חבר of Heber H7017 הקיני׃ the Kenite.

18 H3318 ותצא went out H3278 יעל And Jael H7125 לקראת to meet H5516 סיסרא Sisera, H559 ותאמר and said H413 אליו unto H5493 סורה him, Turn in, H113 אדני my lord, H5493 סורה turn in H413 אלי to H408 אל not. H3372 תירא me; fear H5493 ויסר And when he had turned in H413 אליה unto H168 האהלה her into the tent, H3680 ותכסהו she covered H8063 בשׂמיכה׃ him with a mantle.

20 H559 ויאמר Again he said H413 אליה unto H5975 עמד her, Stand H6607 פתח in the door H168 האהל of the tent, H1961 והיה and it shall be, H518 אם when H376 אישׁ any man H935 יבוא doth come H7592 ושׁאלך and inquire H559 ואמר of thee, and say, H3426 הישׁ Is H6311 פה here? 21 H3947 ותקח took H3278 יעל Then Jael H802 אשׁת wife H2268 חבר Heber's H853 את H3489 יתד a nail H168 האהל of the tent, H7760 ותשׂם and took H853 את H4718 המקבת a hammer H3027 בידה in her hand, H935 ותבוא and went H413 אליו unto H3909 בלאט H8628 ותתקע him, and smote H853 את H3489 היתד the nail H7541 ברקתו H6795 ותצנח and fastened H776 בארץ it into the ground: H1931 והוא for he H7290 נרדם was fast asleep H5774 ויעף and weary. H4191 וימת׃ So he died.
