Jeremiah 44:17-21 כי But עשׂה we will certainly do נעשׂה we will certainly do את כל whatsoever הדבר thing אשׁר whatsoever יצא goeth forth מפינו out of our own mouth, לקטר to burn incense למלכת unto the queen השׁמים of heaven, והסיך and to pour out לה נסכים drink offerings כאשׁר unto her, as עשׂינו we have done, אנחנו we, ואבתינו and our fathers, מלכינו our kings, ושׂרינו and our princes, בערי in the cities יהודה of Judah, ובחצות and in the streets ירושׁלם of Jerusalem: ונשׂבע for had we plenty לחם of victuals, ונהיה and were טובים well, ורעה evil. לא no ראינו׃ and saw

18 H4480 ומן H227 אז H2308 חדלנו we left off H6999 לקטר to burn incense H4446 למלכת to the queen H8064 השׁמים of heaven, H5258 והסך and to pour out H5262 לה נסכים drink offerings H2637 חסרנו unto her, we have wanted H3605 כל all H2719 ובחרב by the sword H7458 וברעב and by the famine. H8552 תמנו׃ and have been consumed

19 H3588 וכי And when H587 אנחנו we H6999 מקטרים burned incense H4446 למלכת to the queen H8064 השׁמים of heaven, H5258 ולהסך and poured out H5262 לה נסכים drink offerings H1107 המבלעדי unto her, without H582 אנשׁינו H6213 עשׂינו unto her, did we make H3561 לה כונים her cakes H6087 להעצבה to worship H5258 והסך her, and pour out H5262 לה נסכים׃ drink offerings

20 H559 ויאמר said H3414 ירמיהו Then Jeremiah H413 אל unto H3605 כל all H5971 העם the people, H5921 על to H1397 הגברים the men, H5921 ועל and to H802 הנשׁים the women, H5921 ועל and to H3605 כל all H5971 העם the people H6030 הענים H853 אתו H1697 דבר H559 לאמר׃ saying,

21 H3808 הלוא did not H853 את H6999 הקטר ye burned H834 אשׁר that H7002 קטרתם The incense H5892 בערי in the cities H3063 יהודה of Judah, H2351 ובחצות and in the streets H3389 ירושׁלם of Jerusalem, H859 אתם ye, H1 ואבותיכם and your fathers, H4428 מלכיכם your kings, H8269 ושׂריכם and your princes, H5971 ועם and the people H776 הארץ of the land, H853 אתם H2142 זכר remember H3068 יהוה the LORD H5927 ותעלה them, and came H5921 על it into H3820 לבו׃ his mind?
