Isaiah 8:7-10 ולכן Now therefore, הנה behold, אדני the Lord מעלה bringeth up עליהם upon את מי them the waters הנהר of the river, העצומים strong והרבים and many, את מלך the king אשׁור of Assyria, ואת כל and all כבודו his glory: ועלה and he shall come up על over כל all אפיקיו his channels, והלך and go על over כל all גדותיו׃ his banks:

7 H3651 ולכן Now therefore, H2009 הנה behold, H136 אדני the Lord H5927 מעלה bringeth up H5921 עליהם upon H853 את H4325 מי them the waters H5104 הנהר of the river, H6099 העצומים strong H7227 והרבים and many, H853 את H4428 מלך the king H804 אשׁור of Assyria, H853 ואת H3605 כל and all H3519 כבודו his glory: H5927 ועלה and he shall come up H5921 על over H3605 כל all H650 אפיקיו his channels, H1980 והלך and go H5921 על over H3605 כל all H1415 גדותיו׃ his banks:

8 H2498 וחלף And he shall pass H3063 ביהודה through Judah; H7857 שׁטף he shall overflow H5674 ועבר and go over, H5704 עד to H6677 צואר the neck; H5060 יגיע he shall reach H1961 והיה H4298 מטות and the stretching out H3671 כנפיו of his wings H4393 מלא shall fill H7341 רחב the breadth H776 ארצך of thy land, H6005 עמנו אל׃ O Immanuel.

9 H7489 רעו Associate H5971 עמים yourselves, O ye people, H2865 וחתו H238 והאזינו in pieces; and give ear, H3605 כל all H4801 מרחקי ye of far H776 ארץ countries: H247 התאזרו gird yourselves, H2865 וחתו H247 התאזרו in pieces; gird yourselves, H2865 וחתו׃

10 H5779 עצו H6098 עצה H6565 ותפר and it shall come to naught; H1696 דברו speak H1697 דבר the word, H3808 ולא and it shall not H6965 יקום stand: H3588 כי for H5973 עמנו with us. H410 אל׃ God
