Isaiah 40:28-31 הלוא Hast thou not ידעת known? אם לא hast thou not שׁמעת heard, אלהי God, עולם the everlasting יהוה the LORD, בורא the Creator קצות of the ends הארץ of the earth, לא not, ייעף fainteth ולא neither ייגע is weary? אין no חקר searching לתבונתו׃ of his understanding.

29 H5414 נתן He giveth H3287 ליעף to the faint; H3581 כח power H369 ולאין and to no H202 אונים might H6109 עצמה strength. H7235 ירבה׃ he increaseth

30 H3286 ויעפו shall faint H5288 נערים Even the youths H3021 ויגעו and be weary, H970 ובחורים and the young men H3782 כשׁול shall utterly fall: H3782 יכשׁלו׃ shall utterly fall:

31 H6960 וקוי But they that wait upon H3068 יהוה the LORD H2498 יחליפו shall renew H3581 כח strength; H5927 יעלו they shall mount up H83 אבר with wings H5404 כנשׁרים as eagles; H7323 ירוצו they shall run, H3808 ולא and not H3021 ייגעו be weary; H1980 ילכו they shall walk, H3808 ולא and not H3286 ייעפו׃ faint.
