Isaiah 39

  1 H6256 בעת time H1931 ההוא At that H7971 שׁלח sent H4757 מרדך בלאדן Merodach-baladan, H1121 בן the son H1081 בלאדן of Baladan, H4428 מלך king H894 בבל of Babylon, H5612 ספרים letters H4503 ומנחה and a present H413 אל to H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah: H8085 וישׁמע for he had heard H3588 כי that H2470 חלה he had been sick, H2388 ויחזק׃ and was recovered.

  2 H8055 וישׂמח was glad H5921 עליהם of H2396 חזקיהו And Hezekiah H7200 ויראם them, and showed H853 את   H1004 בית them the house H5238 נכתה of his precious things, H853 את   H3701 הכסף the silver, H853 ואת   H2091 הזהב and the gold, H853 ואת   H1314 הבשׂמים and the spices, H853 ואת   H8081 השׁמן ointment, H2896 הטוב and the precious H853 ואת   H3605 כל and all H1004 בית the house H3627 כליו of his armor, H853 ואת   H3605 כל and all H834 אשׁר that H4672 נמצא was found H214 באצרתיו in his treasures: H3808 לא nothing H1961 היה there was H1697 דבר nothing H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא them not. H7200 הראם showed H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah H1004 בביתו in his house, H3605 ובכל nor in all H4474 ממשׁלתו׃  

  3 H935 ויבא Then came H3470 ישׁעיהו Isaiah H5030 הנביא the prophet H413 אל unto H4428 המלך king H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah, H559 ויאמר and said H413 אליו unto H4100 מה him, What H559 אמרו said H582 האנשׁים   H428 האלה these H370 ומאין and from whence H935 יבאו came H413 אליך they unto H559 ויאמר said, H2396 חזקיהו thee? And Hezekiah H776 מארץ country H7350 רחוקה from a far H935 באו They are come H413 אלי unto H894 מבבל׃  

  4 H559 ויאמר Then said H4100 מה he, What H7200 ראו have they seen H1004 בביתך in thine house? H559 ויאמר answered, H2396 חזקיהו And Hezekiah H853 את   H3605 כל All H834 אשׁר that H1004 בביתי in mine house H7200 ראו have they seen: H3808 לא nothing H1961 היה there is H1697 דבר nothing H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא I have not H7200 הראיתים showed H214 באוצרתי׃ among my treasures

  5 H559 ויאמר Then said H3470 ישׁעיהו Isaiah H413 אל to H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah, H8085 שׁמע Hear H1697 דבר the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD H6635 צבאות׃ of hosts:

  6 H2009 הנה Behold, H3117 ימים the days H935 באים come, H5375 ונשׂא shall be carried H3605 כל that all H834 אשׁר that H1004 בביתך in thine house, H834 ואשׁר and which H686 אצרו have laid up in store H1 אבתיך thy fathers H5704 עד until H3117 היום day, H2088 הזה this H894 בבל to Babylon: H3808 לא nothing H3498 יותר shall be left, H1697 דבר nothing H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

  7 H1121 ומבניך   H834 אשׁר that H3318 יצאו shall issue H4480 ממך from H834 אשׁר thee, which H3205 תוליד thou shalt beget, H3947 יקחו shall they take away; H1961 והיו and they shall be H5631 סריסים eunuchs H1964 בהיכל in the palace H4428 מלך of the king H894 בבל׃ of Babylon.

  8 H559 ויאמר Then said H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah H413 אל to H3470 ישׁעיהו Isaiah, H2896 טוב Good H1697 דבר the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD H834 אשׁר which H1696 דברת thou hast spoken. H559 ויאמר He said H3588 כי moreover, For H1961 יהיה there shall be H7965 שׁלום peace H571 ואמת and truth H3117 בימי׃ in my days.
