2 H5927 עלה He is gone up H1004 הבית H1769 ודיבן and to Dibon, H1116 הבמות the high places, H1065 לבכי to weep: H5921 על over H5015 נבו Nebo, H5921 ועל and over H4311 מידבא Medeba: H4124 מואב Moab H3213 ייליל shall howl H3605 בכל on all H7218 ראשׁיו their heads H7144 קרחה baldness, H3605 כל every H2206 זקן beard H1639 גרועה׃ cut off.

3 H2351 בחוצתיו In their streets H2296 חגרו they shall gird H8242 שׂק themselves with sackcloth: H5921 על on H1406 גגותיה the tops of their houses, H7339 וברחבתיה and in their streets, H3605 כלה every one H3213 ייליל shall howl, H3381 ירד abundantly. H1065 בבכי׃ weeping
